BIT3: WCAG-compliant TYPO3 site package for Italian public administration
We will look in detail at the implementation of the "bit3 site package" that implements in TYPO3 the Bootstrap Italia theme released by AGID (AGency for Italian Digitization).
Bootstrap Italia is a theme based on Bootstrap 5.2.3 for building accessible, WCAG-compliant websites for Italian public administrations.The site package BIT3 implements the main features of Bootstrap Italia: it builds page template, it overrides the Fluids of the standard cTypes and those of the basic extensions used; it also adds custom Ctypes and a module that allows an editor to configure the site without having access rights to the typoscript.
Bit3 was developed thanks to "Next Generation EU" funds.
